I felt a strong sense of belonging the moment I started. The site facilities are top-tier, but the people are even better. I’ve only been here for a month, but the welcoming environment makes it feel like I’ve been part of the family for a lifetime.

Honestly, after just one month, I’m still in the "honeymoon phase"—I haven't found any major downsides yet!

Pros

The Amenities vs. Competitors: Compared to traditional BPOs, the facilities really are leagues better. Having an on-site gym, decent sleeping quarters, and actually edible free lunch makes a huge difference when working grave shifts. The Vibe: People are generally very welcoming. There is a genuine attempt by leadership to make the environment feel less corporate and rigid. The dress code is relaxed, and teammates support each other. Pay & Benefits: The salary is competitive for the BPO industry in this region, and the HMO coverage for dependents is solid.

Amazing culture specially the VP himself promoting and embodying the values and great culture!

Cons

Unclear job functions since setting of expectation was not done. There is also very vague hand over of operational tasks since there was no specific process for account specific onboarding. HMO is not at par with other BPOs for OMs.
