Favoritism was highly a big problem. You can see unqualified people move up just because they are "cool" with management. Consequently, you can easily get type casted and stuck in a lower paying role. You will work harder because people constantly call out and you won't be recognized. People walked around with their heads down since the two layoffs. Job security was unpredictable.

1. Pay: Not competitive with industry standards. Good performance does not equate to raises or promotions. 2. HR Transparency: Lacking clear communication on policies and pay scales. They are negligent and do not care about the employees. 3. Pay Scales: Inconsistent and not aligned with experience or role. 4. Upper Management: Lack of accountability and slow to address employee concerns. 5. Tons of layoffs: I never feel secure at work. Anyone can be fired at anytime for any reason it seems.
