      Innovation is declining due to more pressure to meet tight deadlines. The culture of technical excellence and perfectionism is declining due to more pressure to meet tight deadlines. No WFH is enforced from top down Recent mass layoffs were from top down and removed key teams and people. It was so bad that they actually re-hired some teams. No statement or justification of any kind from TI was communicated.

      Continual cost cutting through the company year after year. Extremely political and bureaucratic company.
