      Pay, Profit sharing and benefits

      Cons

      Forced transfers to worse fabs are a real concern, and management needs to step up. Job security is also questionable.

      Pros

      I've never seen a technician fired for poor performance. They just absorb the poor performers and do their best to get them trained up. They have a yearly pay raise. They have excellent profit sharing.

      Cons

      Pay raises seem to be the same across the board. Excellent techs get about the same pay is sub par techs.
