The Internship/Co-Op program itself does not exist, there are a few zooms here and there and the people who run it do not care about the interns that much. You are better off skipping them in my opinion. One problem that Toast has is that it is becoming increasingly bureaucratic, this stifles innovation and has slowed down almost every project my team has had. If that does not bother you then I suppose it is okay. A considerable amount of tech debt and infrastructure that is not scalable or requires stupid workarounds for complex but common problems.
