      -Truly family-like culture where employees feel valued and supported -Strong focus on promoting from within and growing their people -Leadership that is approachable and relatable (the Founder/Previous CEO even shared how he started washing dishes, inspiring employees to never give up on their dreams) -Generous support beyond the workplace, they even helped me pay for college, covered an unexpected bill when I was a single mother, and funded multiple certifications for career growth -Leadership teams (executive directors and others) consistently listen and make employees feel heard

      -Like many healthcare organizations, the work can be demanding at times but the supportive culture makes it worthwhile

      I have worked in healthcare 25 years and Trilogy is the best company I have ever worked for! It's not only about the residents, but they make sure their staff is taken care of to. The best benefits around for sure.
