Pros

Company gives incentives such as gift cards for not calling off. In-service trainings that provide your necessary credits per year, and the company pays for it. Health benefits are offered as well as 401k.

Cons

In my experience, turnover was low in the beginning. After a year or so, it was like a revolving door. Pay was not good. Vacation/personal/sick time was not good. I rarely used my time, yet it seemed I never had much time accrued even if I needed it. Personal time off was often not granted. There was a "black out period" each summer where no one was allowed to take off. This period lasted over a month...when are employees supposed to get time with their own families? All the super positive posts on here were staged. The people who wrote them were MADE to write them, I'm sure. If their only complaint is driving in snow, they are missing something.

Pros

The families were the only good thing there. The first couple of weeks, the higher ups treat you like you are the best thing ever....then it changes

Cons

*so corporate * looked at kids like they were $ signs *put a lot of responsibility on teachers and payed crap

Pros

The company is very dedicated to the child and well being of the child. U-GRO really strides to put the children and family needs first.

Cons

Company is getting better at listen to its employees but we still get the back burner sometimes. Pay isn't great. High turn over.
