We had layoffs recently combined with high turnover. Completely incompetent management. Hugo is one of the worst executives that I’ve worked with, don’t even think about taking a job under EPIC. Bring Aaron ain or someone competent back before they run the company into the ground. The management at this point only cares about the money, people are leaving the company in hoards. Most of them I know are ready to jump the ship if they’ve opportunity elsewhere.
