Pros

To work on our own schedule is great. There is potential on income, especially with incentives. I’ve learn from customers through great conversations.

Cons

If no one likes you in the first place, possibility you get a 1 star rating which Uber take very seriously. Uber also allows passengers to blackmail drivers under the 5 star rating system. In order to stay active we must maintain 4.7 stars or higher. Each time I had to report false accusations spent me at least 30mins or more with support pleading my case through foreigners who ain’t paid enough. A support member once told me that a surveillance is my best defense since a passengers word is just as hard as evidence even though we’ve maintained 5 star rating for multiple years.
