Organization run like a 20 person start up. No vision, no strategy, hire and fire environment, frequent layoffs, pushing the envelope until the next funding round comes in then blowing through those funds without any consideration. Teams are confused, frustrated and disorganized. Leaders pat themselves on the back and talk about how great they are, how great the sales and revenues are (they aren't, and most employees are fully aware that there are rock bottom revenues) and all the while, the leaders plan their bonuses, raises and how to hire more people who will say "yes".
If you are looking for a new job, read the reviews - not just the HR and marketing ones that were required by leaders. Meanwhile, people are leaving in record numbers and they were good - no matter how much you say they "were not the right person" or "the company outgrew them" or "it is fine that they left" - one day you will be in the same position - after you have leeched the last dollar from investors.
