The mission Coworkers, mostly, are amazing people who will do anything to help There are great leaders in place, unfortunately, they are not everywhere
Cons
People keep quitting due to unrealistic expectations, unrealistic hours, and not enough staff or resources Extreme micromanagement by many of the executives, they need to get out of the way and let their leaders do their jobs and manage their teams No one can stick to a plan, neverending last-minute new projects so everything is half-baked and you can't push back. Ever. If an executive mentions something, the expectation is that it gets done yesterday or replaces work in motion, even if it's a terrible idea.
