The CDM software is halfway decent

Cons

The manner in which CDM reviews/Charge Capture audits are conducted belong in the dinosaur age. Also, clients do not get a full demo, but reduced to a series of slides, my goodness!

Great people with a history of success. Work hard, play hard mentality.

Cons

Start Company without enough money to pay well not a lot of incentives pointed at the future. Because he company is young there is much confusion, lack of training and working though issues with the company.

The ability to work from home is real plus along with being able to work with some extremely knowledgeable people

Cons

Management in this company is beyond inept. They don't get along amongst themselves let alone make good decisions for clients OR employees.
