Where to start Like the previous review everyone from upper management has some ties to Sears Holdings. Upper management just care about their numbers. There is huge turnover in accounting, revenue processing, and I also hear the customer service department and call center department have trouble keeping people. People quit or go on leave due to high stress levels. Heavy favoritism. Oh and there is mandatory overtime due to high turnover and if you don't comply you will be written up. Oh let's not forget about the gossip, I hear that the customer service department is the worst, look at wash Yelp reviews 1 star.
