      Ha. There's literally nothing positive to say about this company. You'd probably enjoy flipping burgers more than working here. Just don't do it

      Cons

      Everything. From the CEO that comes off as a sleazy salesman, to the incompetent managers, this company is awful. They lie about everything and even encourage you to lie to the candidates to try and get them to take a job they really don't want. Working here will make you feel like scum because that's who runs it. Need motivation? You won't find it here. Instead they'll just threaten your job on a daily basis. See the positive reviews here? They're all fake. Literally everyone who works there hated their job and is actively seeking a better one because Wheeler has no future. Want good pay? Ha. They say they give you "entry level pay" but other companies pay $4-$5 more an hour for their entry level recruiting jobs. Want benefits? Good luck. They claim "a number of our employees receive benefits," which is honestly less than 10 people. There's no pto and they will try to shame you if you request off or get sick. This job will make you wish they would fire you, and they probably will if you don't walk out first because their turnover rate is horrendous. Do yourself a favor and don't work here, it's not worth it

      Thank you for your post. I am sorry both that you were let go from Wheeler and that you feel so strongly opposed to our company. These are some very harsh, extreme, and some flat out untrue statements that we would invite you to take up with HR so that we can quickly address them. I firmly believe honesty is the best policy and therefore we would never encourage lying to candidates much less to our employees. Our upper management works around the clock to better our company but unfortunately we will never be able to please everyone. We sincerely wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor and again invite you to reconcile things with us by contacting HR.

      Good place to learn recruiting, but has a high turnover rate

      Pros

      Business casual environment, overall friendly staff, flexibility.

      Cons

      Minimal training, poor communication, constantly questioning if you will be let go due to a lack of projects, unrealistic deadlines and poor benefits. Know going into the position you can and will be laid off when work slows down, and you will not be paid unemployment. There are people at this company who should be promoted to upper management, and have not been due to nepotism in the company.

      Thank you for your post. There are definitely constant changes in the recruiting industry which affect staffing needs, but we do everything we can to find a spot (either on our team or with clients) for the employees with a good attitude and work ethic that are consistently producing. From my understanding, we haven't had any recent openings in upper management, but please feel free to contact HR with any concerns you may have, as nepotism is a serious accusation that needs to be investigated. I respectfully disagree that we don't take our employees input, because I have personally seen many ideas from employees result in action.

      Pros

      Wheeler Staffing Partners is the only company within my career that prioritized teamwork and true professionalism. The management is impeccable; They are very understanding; supportive of their employees who demonstrate the same morals and integrities. The company culture and environment are very positive and welcoming. Overall the most committed organization that I have seen towards both their clients and employees.

      Cons

      The only con with any recruiting agency is that it can be very repetitive, and you can occasionally lose interest and motivation if you do not stay focused. What helped me was staying organized by motivating myself and others. As well as keep in mind, we occasionally have a change in projects which adds excitement and a fast-paced environment that I enjoy. The new projects will always teach you something new about your management techniques.
