Great people... Logical need in the market

Cons

Management brings national politics into the workplace. You better be a MAGA if you want to be part of the core. Not clear cut future as it pertains to GLP solution. Expected insurance companies to pay for RX but when that didnt happen the product had no real need in the marketplace. Not strategic.,,, Comp plan sucks for the reps. Based on criteria that you have no impact on.

Uncertain future, unclear messaging from leadership, promises made and not kept to employees. HR is now just one person, continued layoffs, no raises or bonuses for most employees this past year
