We have some very exciting news to share. Please welcome AMLI’s new HR Director, Alex Rodriguez. Alex comes to us with more than fifteen years of combined executive and human resources management experience. He will be responsible for overseeing employee relations and transitioning into Martha Arteaga’s role as she transitions into the Head of HR role in the New Year.
AMLI wants to recognize all veterans, especially AMLI employees who are currently in the reserves or have ever served in the US Armed Forces. We have AMLI FAMLI Veterans from the Vietnam War, Gulf War, Peace time, Special Forces, Military Police, Security, and Guardsmen. AMLI is honored to celebrate Sharon Williamson's 25th anniversary with the company. She continues to have an amazing career at AMLI. Sharon joined AMLI as an AP Clerk and has been promoted over the years to where she is runs the Benefits department, as Director of Benefits. She earned her college and master's degree all while working full time. Our deepest and most heartfelt appreciation for her many contributions

Across the country we received more than 300+ nominations of existing residents who give back to their communities in ways that go above and beyond. Her leadership on recycling improvements, Fitwel certifications, pollinators habits, marketing and communications (and so much more!) has made her an invaluable resource across AMLI and to USGBC Georgia. In addition to her contributions at AMLI, she is also Co-Chair of the Emerging Professionals at USGBC Atlanta, a Fitwel Ambassador and a LEED for Homes Accredited Professional.
