It takes A LOT of work to be ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year for four consecutive years! Over half of our communities are ENERGY STAR-certified, we've reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by 33% and reduced overall energy use by 5%. We also managed cut our water usage by 6,056,350 gallons, produce 1,385,465 kWh of solar power and participate in local sustainability initiatives like Miami's BE305. We're looking forward to another year of hard work and hard-won progress!

Chris is Director of Building Operations in Atlanta and began his AMLI journey as Assistant Service Manager at Spring Creek Crossing in Sandy Springs, Georgia, in 1992. Chris knew from the start that AMLI was a great place to work. Thank you for all that you've done for us!
Join us in congratulating Martha Arteaga on her promotion from Vice President to Senior Vice President, Human Resources, effective January 1, 2022. Before her new role as HR department head, Martha led AMLI’s Employee Relations and Recruitment functions and has led many of HR’s initiatives over the years. She has been awarded the Spirit of AMLI twice and received the Corporate Support Partner award. Her community involvement outside of AMLI is also a reflection of her passion for serving others. Martha is an Advisory Council Member for Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), a national non-profit dedicated to the employment, development, and advancement of current and aspiring Latino professionals. She served on the National Board of Directors for 5 years was the 2015 HACE Emerging Leader Award recipient. Martha is a published author who embraces change, encourages new ideas, and does not get caught up in the “that won’t work” mentality.
