ATI has announced its long-term financial targets as some of our key markets continue to recover from the pandemic. Leadership has identified their expectations for ATI in some of these key areas: • Revenue growth should outpace growth rates in key end-markets • Adjusted EBITDA margins should expand significantly as a result of ongoing market recovery, lean cost structures and enhanced product mix • Increased cash conversion rates driven by profitable growth, reduced managed working capital and pension funding needs • Rapid improvement in return on invested capital, increasing opportunities to enhance shareholder value over time "ATI is accelerating its clear and defined strategy to become an aerospace and defense leader," said Robert S. Our 400+ colleagues at ATI Forged Products in Stalowa Wola, Poland, together with their community less than 90 miles from the Ukrainian border, are embracing and supporting refugees displaced by the Russian invasion. In support of their efforts to assist those affected most by the conflict, we contributed a total of $50,000 to the Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH). The organization supports refugees through emergency response, and provides for their immediate needs, including shelter and access to food and necessities. ATI - Allegheny Technologies has given $1 million to Robert Morris University to create the university’s first endowed professorship, the Richard J. Harshman Professorship in Accounting, in honor of retired Chairman and CEO Rich Harshman, RMU ‘78 (pictured below left with RMU President Dr. Christopher Howard). “Establishing RMU’s first endowed professorship honors a leader who has been a relentless innovator and supporter of the Pittsburgh region," said ATI Board Chair Diane Creel. Way to go Team ATI! Some members of the ATI team recently participated in the 5K and team relay events of the Pittsburgh Marathon. This is a great team building exercise, and we are happy to see our employees participating together! ATI team members participated in United Way's Games for Good. Our volunteers worked with over 800 local youth at this fun field day to promote physical fitness and healthy eating. Good health positively impacts a child’s education, mental health, and social skills, and this event was a great way to promote healthy habits in a fun environment.

Work-life balance. Our Millersburg Operations in Oregon, shut-down all non-critical dayshift operations during the 2017 Eclipse to enable employees and their families to view the Eclipse. ATI provided ISO certified glasses to employees and their families for safe viewing.
