While working the night shift and posted at a client's underground parking garage, Security Professional Stephen Thurlow heard a motor vehicle accident. Moments following, Thurlow radioed for police assistance. When he heard individuals yelling, he immediately responded to the scene. He noted a two-vehicle accident at the intersection with one of the vehicles projected into the sunken lobby of the neighboring building; which has another company as their security provider. The two individuals were highly confrontational and appeared to be intoxicated. No one from the security team of the building had responded to the scene. Thurlow stepped in to defuse the escalating situation until police and EMS units would arrive and assume control. Join us in thanking Security Professional Thurlow for his phenomenal demonstration of our core values and being there for our communities.
