Today we celebrated alongside the YCC Family Crisis Center for the grand opening of their new Transitional Housing building. This building is designed to support up to 40 families with bedrooms, a community room, and a children’s play area. In honor of the grand celebration, America First Credit Union donated $500,000 to the YCC Family Crisis Center to help aid them in bettering the lives of those in need.
Yesterday a group of AFCU employees spent the afternoon serving lunch at the Lantern House Homeless Shelter. We had such a great time serving the clients and connecting with our community!

AFCU employees volunteered at “For the Kids” and helped assemble over 100 bags of food for kids! These bags of food help low-income students have enough to eat over the weekend.
Yesterday, employees of America First Credit Union and Young Automotive Group got together to pack 5,000 packs of food for children who face food insecurity. These bags provide small amounts of food for those kids who often go without over the weekends. Thank you to our friends at Young Caring for Our Young for joining us to help our communities!
