Last week, #AmgenPuertoRico sites gathered and donated 363 bags of essential items and food to Come Colegial, an association dedicated to delivering food to low-income students. Last week, #AmgenBrazil - through its Bergamo business unit - completed another Pharma Academy training session! There have been four regional sessions attended by over 130 pharmacists from various parts of the country. The events were supported by the Brazilian Society of Oncology Pharmacists (SOBRAFO), which guaranteed certification for all participating professionals. #LifeAtAmgen

The AMGEN Black Employee Network (ABEN) was pleased to take part in the “Spirit of the Heart, Policy Pulse Live Dinner Symposium” and “The Spirit of the Heart Awards Dinner” sponsored by the Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC). One of the key initiatives of ABEN is eliminating disparities in clinical trials and patient care within minority communities. They provided insights into the key areas that impact a patient’s experience: location, income, cultural background, education and their relationship with their physician. #LifeAtAmgen
