We welcome Ossa (Fredricsson) Fisher as Aurora’s new President! Bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience, Ossa will play a pivotal role in scaling operations, strengthening relationships with industry-leading partners, and preparing for the commercial launch of our autonomous trucking product in 2024.
Sophie Wang is our VP of Software Engineering and the leader of Aurora’s Simulation, Test and Validation team, conducting millions of simulation tests each day to develop how the Aurora Driver reacts in various situations. Sophie also founded Aurora’s first data science community, whose mission is to promote a strong data-driven culture across all teams, unlock value from data, and improve decision-making at all levels with data insights.
