Twice a year we have a big company off-site meeting, during which all employees physically come together and work on professional development, growth, progression and are uplifted and inspired by the messages shared. We also have some fun and exciting activities too! ;) Here's a shot from this year's meeting, of Joseph Grenny from Crucial Conversation and Crucial Accountability, teaching us about principles that will help us to be more successful in our communication with others.
