Being part of LGBTQ@Bosch has helped Administrative Assistant, Laura Herrera, realize how important it is to create a safe space in the workplace. Fighting for LGBTQrights and to end discrimination and prejudice, Laura feels “the amount of energy a person puts into hiding who they are in order to avoid negative bias can weigh on them and prevent them from reaching their maximum potential. People should feel supported and appreciated both for being an effective member of a team AND for who they are as a person.”

A small tribute to medical professionals who put their lives on the line in order to save ours: in one week IT Infrastructure Specialist Colleen Geller, her mother and Bosch associates Abigail Nieter and Elizabeth Lynch, were able to donate 40+ sewn masks to the Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where Colleen’s dear friend is an ER nurse. Colleen also grocery shops and sends self-care products to help her friend through the hard days. #payitforward #healthcareheroes #letsberemarkable
