“Coming into a technical role without having a college degree is very intimidating. There is a steep learning curve in the software field, but I have a strong drive to learn,” says Associate Application Developer Jeffrey Sakofske. As a recent graduate of the #SoftwareApprenticeship program, whether programming a robot to autonomously complete a maze to learn the fundamentals of Arduino or working on test benches for customers, Jeffrey was able to learn on the job. “With this apprenticeship, I was able to pursue a career in something I am passionate about while working on cool and innovative mobility products that improve the world around me. It is safe to say, I am currently working at my #dreamjob.” #WorkLikeABosch Keep an eye out for the next software apprenticeship cohort in early 2024 and check out our software opportunities at the link below
