“I get to work on cutting-edge innovation. By building software for connected vehicles and remote diagnostics, we make people’s day-to-day lives easier,” says Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead Sreelekha Nair. Sreelekha’s programming can remotely diagnose vehicles and has prognostic capabilities to alert drivers about oil life or tire pressure, allowing them to act on an issue before it happens. “At Bosch, your ideas and perspective are always respected and heard. I love the flexibility to decide how I work to do my best. Sometimes it’s at home, sometimes in the office, and sometimes in a vehicle. It allows me to manage my time efficiently and be there for my family when they need me.” #WorkLikeABosch
"Noise and vibration topics are important in the future of mobility. The shift from gasoline to hybrid and electric cars changed acoustic requirements in the vehicle. Electric motors are quieter, and the frequencies of vibration differ, so we have to adapt acoustic requirements to a comfort level future customers demand,” says Andres Gonzalez, Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) Engineer. After 6 years with Bosch, Andres still feels “there are always opportunities to learn and grow, I am able to work on many different projects, and the company offers excellent benefits and work-life balance.” #WorkLikeABosch Interested in a role like Andres'? “It’s important to bring attention to differences that are less visible, and for colleagues to understand the role different behaviors play in helping someone excel, even if they might look counter-productive to some. It is because of my ADHD that I thrive under tight deadlines and enjoy project-based work with continuous change. You may see me fidgeting with something during a meeting, not because I’m bored or not paying attention, but because it helps me stay focused,” shares Business Development Associate Samantha McIntosh. Currently focused on the hydrogen market, Sam works to understand how the market is evolving and where Bosch can continue to be an industry leader in the space.

Designing and installing more structured working models and processes, Estefania feels Latinx Heritage Month is a time to “be proud of who I am, where I come from, my ideals, my profession, and my Mexican and Latin roots and traditions. It’s something I celebrate regardless of the month of the year.” #WorkLikeABosch
