What is a psychiatrist doing at a consulting firm? BCG has had a long-standing commitment to employee well-being and mental health, one of the differentiating reasons I first joined the firm as a consultant. As part of the firmâs response to the new virtual environment, I had the opportunity to join the team creating a series of mental health trainings to put forward tactical strategies for coping with stressors related to COVID-19. These trainings, with over 1,200 BCGers participating, ended up also being a space for people to discover that so many others were sharing the same struggle. People left feeling seen, which is remarkable for a North America-wide training and one done virtual.
Our BCG consultants work across continents and industries to bring change to our clients.
