Last week, our employees enjoyed a thought-provoking conversation at the Women@Bozzuto book club meeting, led by Mike Schlegel, President of Bozzuto Construction. The discussion covered a variety of topics, such as ending discrimination, women's experiences in corporate America, and implicit bias.
