Last week, our service managers attended a fun retreat at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, designed to show appreciation for everything they do for all of our communities. The day started off with presentations about empathy, safety, and budget, and featured a special guest from Sherwin-Williams. Our co-founder and chairman Tom Bozzuto, CEO Toby Bozzuto, and president of Bozzuto Management Company Stephanie Williams also spoke at the event, to thank the service managers for their dedication and hard work. Throughout afternoon, everyone enjoyed activities like cornhole, poker, and fishing, as well as a buffet lunch with all-you-can-eat crabs.
On Tuesday, we wrapped up Hispanic Heritage Month with some afternoon salsa. It might have been a day late but certainly not a dance move short.
