Congratulations to CEO, Tim Gokey for earning a spot in the 2022 NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship 100: Governance Professionals and Institutions. Now in its 16th year, the award recognizes peer-nominated directors and governance professionals based on four key categories: integrity, mature confidence, informed judgment, and high performance standards. A key mission for us at Broadridge is to enable and enhance #CorporateGovernance, making this recognition all the more meaningful.

Tomorrow, we mark an important day in our history. Fifteen years ago, on April 2, 2007, Broadridge began its first trading day as an independent, public company following our spin-off from ADP. It is a significant milestone in a journey that began 60 years ago in 1962 when the brokerage services division of ADP, which would later become Broadridge, opened for business with one client processing an average of 300 trades per day. Thank you to all of our associates for your efforts and for everything you continue to do as we work together toward an even brighter future.
As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we’d like to once again express our gratitude for the amazing women at Broadridge and beyond. To the women at Broadridge, and to the associates that champion and support these women, thank you for all that you do to deliver excellence to our teams, clients and communities every day. In our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, we encourage the celebrations to continue all year round!
Maggie jumped feet first into the depths of the new LTX trading platform more than 3 years ago before there was even a login screen. Leveraging her drive fostered during her time as a Division I swimmer, Maggie excels as a woman in technology. She enjoys the daily challenge involved in discovering new ways to engage clients in a constantly evolving landscape: “No day is the same, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Having spent over 20 years in the financial services and insurance industries, Karen doesn’t just build efficient operations – she also builds exceptional service teams while building up those around her. Her advice to young female professionals is to stay true to themselves: “Trying to fit into someone else’s box stifles creativity, devalues the experience you bring to the table and holds you back.”
With her curiosity, willingness to collaborate and data-driven approach, Jenny has always embraced finding solutions to challenges. She enjoys working in technology because “It’s constantly evolving and never boring.” Jenny is inspired by Indra Nooyi, the former PepsiCo chair and CEO, who embodies results-oriented, authentic leadership. #WomenInTechnology #BroadridgeWIT

Black History Month is an annual celebration of and reflection on the culture of the African diaspora. In 2020, as part of our Next-Generation Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiative, Broadridge committed $1 million towards organizations at the forefront of efforts to end racial injustice and structural inequality. We selected the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) as our partner to form the Broadridge Scholarship Program because its mission and values so closely align with ours. We believe that access to educational opportunities for all students, despite the barriers they may face, can transform their lives. Through our support, Broadridge has provided the students with academic scholarships, educational workshops, a mentorship program, and internship opportunities. We look forward to continuing the program for years to come!
