Join us in celebrating an incredible milestone—Donna Stolle’s 25th anniversary with CCA Global Partners! 🎉 Donna’s journey with CCA began in 2000 as a Rebate Processor. After a brief time in the Product Department, she returned to the Rebate team, where she has been a driving force behind ensuring our members receive their well-earned rebates and savings. Her hard work and expertise led to a promotion in 2022 to Senior Rebate Coordinator. Today, Donna plays a key role in overseeing purchase processing for Lighting One and National Programs Suppliers while continuing to support the Rebate Accounts Receivable team. Her supervisor, Polly Stolpe, said, “Donna, we have worked together for several years and have experienced many things personally and professionally, so thank you for your loyalty, dedication, and contributions and wishing you continued success.” Donna, we are so grateful for everything you’ve done over the years. Congratulations on this amazing achievement! Here's to many more milestones ahead! 🎉🙌

After a 13-month rollout and over 900 installations, Cathey Gundlach, Vice President of Merchandising, took the stage to share powerful insights on Retail 2.0 with our Carpet One Floor & Home, Flooring America, and Flooring Canada members. As flooring and consumer trends continue to evolve, one thing is certain: Retail 2.0 has transformed how customers shop for flooring. By harnessing data-driven insights through our personal experience platforms and utilizing advanced tools, we are equipping our cooperative to better understand consumer behavior and confidently shape the future of Retail 2.0. “Our mission has always been simple: to make flooring shopping seamless, enjoyable, and aligned with how people want to shop today,” Gundlach said. “By eliminating friction and frustration at every step, we ensure customers feel as excited about their finished floors as they did when they first started imagining them.” Retail 2.0 is not just a strategy—it’s a revolution in how we connect with and serve our customers.
