Employee Spotlight: Every month, we spotlight an incredible employee who goes above and beyond for our members. This month, we’re proud to spotlight A.J. Struttman, Merchandiser – Hard Surface. A.J. has been with CCA Global for 19 years in several different capacities. Her favorite part about working for CCA is the people and their dedication to serving the members of the cooperative as well as the culture of the company and how they really care for their employees. A.J.'s proudest moment at CCA was winning the Super Staffer award in 2016, which is a very high honor that was voted on by her co-workers. She loves watching the STL Blues and Cardinals and enjoys fishing for crappie in the spring, rifle hunting for deer in the fall, and playing with her new English Chocolate Lab puppy, Duke. Thank you A.J. for your hard work and dedication! We are thankful to have you.
Employee Spotlight: Every month, we spotlight an incredible employee who goes above and beyond for our members. This month, we’re proud to spotlight Baxter Freake, our VP of Retail Brands for Canada. He has been in the flooring business for 39 years, 20 of those years as a Carpet One member. He joined the Carpet One Canadian office in December 2002. Baxter and his wife, Gloria, live in a heritage property located in downtown Cambridge Ontario and have a daughter, Ashley, along with a cat, Puzzle, and a turtle, Isabella. We’re grateful to Baxter for his hard work and dedication to helping our members with his extensive flooring knowledge.

She does an amazing job managing the team that brings workplace education and business consulting to our members. Nicole has been working at CCA Global for 3 years this month! She was originally drawn to CCA Global because the company culture and values aligned with her own. Nicole loves to learn and this past year, she took a class on sewing and now makes customized dolls! We’re grateful to Nicole for her passion and dedication to educating and informing our members. #employeespotlight #employeeappreciation

This month, we’re proud to spotlight Adam Edwards from our STL office. 💼 Adam started with CCA in 2008 with ProSource. Over the course of his career, Adam has worked with Carpet One, CCA Global Corporate, Flooring America and is now back home to ProSource as the Sr. Event & Communication Specialist, which is a perfect fit. Adam is a Certified Meeting Professional and recently completed his certification in Pandemic Meeting and Event Design. A theater major and St. Louis native, ❤️ Adam and his husband Jason are celebrating four years in December. Adam enjoys knitting, ✈️ traveling, seeing 🎬 movies, and enjoying life! We’re grateful to Adam for his amazing work ethic and the passion he brings to our company’s events—and overall culture. #employeespotlight #employeeappreciation
