This month, CCA Global Partners would like to recognize Chris Reynolds, Senior Marketing Manager. Chris has worked at CCA for over 11 years. His responsibilities include managing marketing technology & technical website integrations and specifications. He states that his favorite part about working for CCA is the creative empowerment the teams are afforded and how they are encouraged to share new ideas & solutions. Chris acknowledges his passion for technology & problem-solving, saying, "Understanding business needs & opportunities, exploring multiple solutions, modifying solutions to best fit our members' unique needs, testing it, & rolling out a digital tool that will help a local family business on their path to continued success is something I find very fulfilling." He identifies the most important thing he's learned over the past five years, explaining that, "It takes a lot of minds & different talents to make a difference. Between our teams and our membership, there is a wealth of knowledge to tap into."
This month, we're spotlighting one of CCA Global Partners' Accounts Payable & Inventory Managers, Jill Tsoulfanidis! Jill has worked at CCA for 27 years and considers her co-workers a second family. Jill considers herself lucky to manage such a great & productive team, and enjoys it "when we all pull together to accomplish a task." In her free time, Jill & her family love to camp, travel to watch her son play collegiate baseball, & cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals! Jill advises new hires of CCA, saying, "There are going to be hard days! Stick it out, ask questions, & get help when needed. This company goes above & beyond to help their employees. It will be well worth it in the end!"

Employee Spotlight: Every month, we spotlight an incredible employee who goes above and beyond for our members. This month we'd like to recognize Keesha Hargis, Senior Director, Visual Merchandising, and Project Management. Keesha was drawn to CCA for the culture and growth opportunities and has been with CCA for 18 years and counting. Keesha has held many roles at CCA, from Receptionist to Marketing Director, and most recently landed in her newly appointed position with the Visual Merchandising team. Working for CCA has allowed Keesha to tap into her collaborative spirit, which she embodies in her management style. Although she has experienced many proud moments, her proudest wasn't a personal accomplishment but came from mentoring her first long-term employee and guiding her down a path to help her move forward in her career within CCA. Outside of work, Keesha enjoys fashion, food, travel, and spending time with her husband, two teenage sons, and her English Bulldog Bunny. This month, we're proud to spotlight Keesha Hargis. Employee Spotlight: Every month, we spotlight an incredible employee who goes above and beyond for our members. This month we'd like to recognize Frank Santaniello. Frank has been with CCA for over 17 years and in his current role as Vice President, Member Services & Operations for Carpet One Floor & Home his favorite part about working for CCA is the difference he gets to make in member’s lives each day and enabling them to be more successful and profitable. Frank has brought a lot to the Carpet One membership, but his favorite project is the “NEX<40” initiative which he and a co-worker came up with in 2016. When Frank is not advocating for the Carpet One membership he enjoys participating in “Spartan Races” and “Tough Mudders”, Frank is never one to turn down a challenge. This month, we’re proud to spotlight Frank. We are so thankful for his hard work and dedication!

This month we'd like to recognize Sally Kelly who has been with CCA for over 25 years but Sally's roots with CCA run deep. Sally originally worked in a flooring retail store which was owned by Howard Brodsky, co-founder, and co-CEO of CCA Global Partners. Sally's experience and understanding of our members' needs eventually turned a training opportunity into a permanent position here at CCA. Sally is enthusiastic and always ready to engage. Her positivity and passionate nature benefit not only our membership but other employees at CCA. Sally is always eager to acknowledge others for their personal or professional accomplishments! When Sally is not championing CCA she enjoys reading, volunteering, and serving on the board of the Pine Haven Boys Center. This month, we’re proud to spotlight Sally Kelly.
Employee Spotlight: Every month, we spotlight an incredible employee who goes above and beyond for our members. This month, we’re proud to spotlight Scott Carter, Sr. Visual Merchandising Manager for CCA Global. Scott works within the Visual Merchandising Team to help develop displays and fixtures as well as assists with new store design and the feature area at convention. He has worked for CCA Global for 8 years and was originally drawn to the company because he was interested in learning more about the cooperative business models. Scott enjoys spending time in his garden clearing, planting, and creating a new space of beauty within his yard. His husband, Steve, is also a gardener and experiments with creating new hybrids of Hardy Hibiscus in their greenhouse. His advice to recent new hires is "Enjoy the ride. Your experiences at CCA will take you many places, many of which will enrich your capabilities as well as your life." We are so grateful to have Scott as a part of the CCA Global team!
