DM Smith donated another round of $50,000 to two charities as a part of the firm’s award-winning Wellness Program. Donations of $25,000 were made to both The Ali Forney Center and Collaboratory. The firm’s direct donations were made possible by CDM Smith’s Wellness Program and the points earned by employee participants during the first quarter of 2023 through programs and activities that support the importance of both physical and mental well-being. Since the Wellness Program’s start in 2017, employee participation has resulted in over $1 million in charitable donations.
CDM Smith donated another round of $50,000 to three charities as part of the firm’s award-winning Wellness Program. $25,000 was donated to Boston CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), $10,000 was donated to City of Refuge and $15,000 was donated to Water for South Sudan. The firm’s direct donations were made possible by CDM Smith’s Employee Wellness Program and the points earned by employee participants during the fourth quarter of 2022 through programs and activities that support the importance of both physical and mental well-being. Since the Wellness Program’s start in 2017, employee participation has resulted in over $1 million in charitable donations.
CDM Smith was recognized with four top awards at the Society for Marketing Professional Services Boston Chapter’s 2023 annual awards gala. The firm’s Marketing and Communications group won first place in the Special Event Marketing category for the firm’s 75th Anniversary campaign and first place in video for the documentary, "Fortifying the Future.” The team also took home Best In-House Design and Best in Show–the second year in a row CDM Smith has won these awards. The SMPS awards are presented to the firms and individuals who made the most distinguished contributions in the marketing realm for the Boston-area architecture, engineering and construction industry in 2022-2023.
