Six months into the COVID-19 pandemic, COCC continues to go above and beyond for employees by exploring opportunities every day to help. With 90% of employees working remotely into 2021, incentives to help alleviate work-at-home related expenses, a health insurance rate pass, extra PTO day, and new collaboration and engagement tools, we remain focused on the safety and well-being of all of our employees.
Social distancing has impacted all of our routines. That's why we've rolled out two new apps to employees: Calm for meditation and relaxation, and Movespring to help you get moving and complete challenges even while staying at home.
Last quarter, COCC employees contributed to Bristol Hospital and CT Food Bank, and COCC matched 200% of employee donations! We will be donating a grand total of $35,100 to these two great local organizations.
