Eighty percent of American workers feel stress on the job and nearly half say they need help managing stress. Recently our Wellness team ran One Mindful Moment (O.M.M.) as a 4-week company-wide program to encourage employees to take a momentary break to recharge daily. In addition to hosting live and pre-recorded moments and distributing mindful journals, we teamed up with Headspace to offer their app for free to all employees. This engaged 506 participants, increased meditations on our wellness platform by 13%, and garnered positive feedback from participants.
