Over 100 CSAA Insurance Group employees attended this year’s PBWC Conference. The call to StandUp and LiftUP women everywhere was a message that resonated with the values we hold throughout our organization. Our own CEO, Paula Downey, spoke on a panel to discuss the importance of investing in diversity. “That commitment starts at the top of the organization,” said Downey. In the company’s C-suite, four out of the eight leaders, including Paula, are women.
