This gorgeous nightscape was submitted by Josh Horton from of our Atlanta office: “This picture was taken at Death Valley National Park during the Summer of 2020. We took a graduation road trip out west since National Parks were some of the only places open to the public. We camped on the sand dunes (where this picture was taken) and it was an unforgettable experience – I have never seen so many stars in my life. I am the one on the far right of the picture, and the 4 other guys are my best friends from college.” Josh just celebrated his 1 year anniversary with Capital Group, which means he onboarded 100% virtually in 2020 during the pandemic. He previously interned with us during the summer of 2019 in our Irvine, CA office during his senior year at Auburn University. Josh currently works within Private Client Services as a Client Relationship Associate. He supports two Private Wealth Advisors in prospecting efforts, client relationship management and communication, results and quarterly reporting, account maintenance, and anything in between.

Starting your MBA this fall? We are offering our CAP@city program virtually in July. CAP@city is designed for students from underrepresented backgrounds who are interested in learning more about investing. The program will include seminars, panels and workshops focused on investing, valuation, interviewing management and stock pitches. Prior to the event, selected applicants will be paired with an investment mentor to work on a stock pitch.
