Our commitment to Food with Integrity starts long before ingredients reach our restaurants—it begins on the farm. 🚜🌾👨🌾 Recently, our procurement team spent time visiting dairy farms across the U.S., including Prairie Farms Dairy, seeing firsthand the care and standards behind the milk used in our shredded cheese, Queso Blanco and sour cream. 🐄 We believe there’s a real connection between how animals are raised and the quality and taste of the food we serve. That’s why we require that cows supplying our dairy have access to pasture during the grazing season, and why our farmers receive a Food with Integrity premium for raising cows this way.

It's official! We’re bringing back Chicken al Pastor to restaurants in the U.S., Canada, the UK, France and Germany for a limited time starting Tuesday, February 10. The fan-favorite returns as we accelerate our 2026 menu innovation schedule with three to four limited-time protein offerings as well as new sides and dips. 🌶️ Prepared daily in small batches, Chicken al Pastor is made with freshly grilled chicken, a rich marinade featuring seared morita peppers and ground achiote, balanced with a splash of pineapple for the right amount of heat, and finished with fresh lime and hand-chopped cilantro. 🔥 There have been more than twice as many requests to “bring back Chicken al Pastor” on social media than for any other limited time offering. 👏 As a thank-you to guests for their continued fandom, Chipotle Rewards members can order Chicken al Pastor exclusively on the Chipotle app, Chipotle.com or Chipotle.ca on Monday, February 9, one day before the protein is available to all guests.

At Chipotle, we’re honored to have nearly 800 veterans on our team helping us Cultivate a Better World. Last year, we launched our first military veteran workshop for hiring managers to reduce bias, improve skills matching and foster a culture of belonging for veterans and their spouses and partners. Through our Round Up for Real Change platform, our community has raised more than $2.1 million for Folds of Honor to fund college scholarships for the children and spouses of America’s fallen or disabled service members. 🎉 In celebration of National Intern Day today, we would like to extend a big thank you to all our 2025 summer interns! We are so appreciative of the energy they bring every day and all the amazing work they’ve contributed so far. 🤝 All summer interns have participated in meet-and-greets with various Chipotle executives, including CEO Scott Boatwright, Chief Corporate Affairs and Food Safety Officer Laurie Schalow and President, Chief Brand Officer Chris Brandt. Our interns have utilized these forums to learn about the various areas of the Chipotle business and our executives’ career journeys. Out of the office, our interns have bonded through a handful of fun activities, including: ⚾ Group outings to see the Los Angeles Angels and the Columbus Clippers in action 🍅 Volunteer events with The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA and the Mid-Ohio Food Collective in Grove City, OH We’re looking forward to the second half of summer with this talented group!
