As part of Financial Literacy Month, Citi hosted students from across the greater New York City area at Citi Field for its flagship #TeachChildrenToSave event alongside Queens Community House, Roads to Success, Student Leadership Network, New Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC). Prior to a New York Mets game, #CitiVolunteers and other guest speakers led the students through a financial education workshop that helped them understand the importance of saving money and budgeting. Whether in classrooms, youth centers, or even at the ballpark, we are committed to supporting children at the start of their financial journeys.
