We are excited to announce our inaugural class of Associates! Recently, 17 leaders throughout Coffman were promoted to Associate in our new Associate program. Coffman now has two ownership types: Principal and Associate. Associates receive an ownership stake in the company. Associate leadership focuses on the support and development of their local offices. New Associate ownership is critical for Coffman’s growth and health. The Associate program enhances our firm’s leadership development and ownership program. How do we apply static social distancing guidelines to the dynamic world we live in? Are we taking reasonable measures to keep guests, employees, and tenants safe? How long will it take to get ticket holders into a park or stadium when we finally resume our cultural pastimes? Using Pedestrian Simulation Modeling, our life safety professionals can answer these types of questions and provide insights and strategies on how to develop a reopening management plan that achieves best practice social distancing and government guidelines and meets operational needs. Pedestrian Simulation Modeling involves developing digital models of your facility to simulate best practices like crowd spacing control, screening, one-way directional travel, and other measures to satisfy business needs and demonstrate reentry practices that are feasible and appropriate.
