Once again, CohnReznick is providing our U.S. team members with an extended holiday from Nov. 25 - Nov. 29 as CohnReznick Takes Time Together. As our people enjoy some much-needed time with their families and friends, we wish all of you and those close to you a very Happy Thanksgiving!
Last month, we hosted our first national New Senior Training program. Our 213 participants and 30+ facilitators and speakers met up for the opportunity to expand their networks and build their confidence as they step into their new roles. Coming together provided opportunities for making valuable connections with colleagues across the firm. Attendees also participated in a CR Cares activity, where they assembled teddy bears to be donated to The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey!
CohnReznick is supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington (BGCGW) by providing hands-on professional development learning experiences to BGCGW teens and young adults as they enter the workforce and make important decisions about career paths. The initiative, which includes a $100,000 donation from CohnReznick and the CohnReznick Foundation, will include four activations focusing on holistic support in the following key areas: professional development, community service, career preparation, and academic success. The first activation included close to 20 BGCGW teens and focused on professional development, while the other activations are scheduled during “back to school” season, the holiday season, and through a community service event.
Last week, we celebrated Promotion Day 2024 across the firm and the globe! We are thrilled to congratulate more than 650 newly promoted team members on this remarkable career milestone.
In June, we welcomed over 200+ interns during our national onboarding welcome week in St. Charles, Illinois. During our dynamic program, our interns participated in active skill building breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and fun team building activities like a campus scavenger hunt, casino night, bowling, and karaoke. We look forward to seeing the many contributions they will make to their teams and the firm over the course of the summer!

To honor Juneteenth this year, our CR BLAC Employee Resource Group invited CultureAlly to host an important virtual Dialogues on Diversity event for the firm. Attendees explored how to effectively recognize and integrate Juneteenth into workplace environments and promote DE&I through informed policies and practices. The event also focused on creating a better understanding of the historical significance of Juneteenth and its impact on American history.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and at CohnReznick, we prioritize the wellbeing of our team members through a variety of mental wellness programs. Upon joining the firm, all employees have access to free Headspace memberships, where they can access a library of guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, and more. Our Total Rewards package also includes an employee assistance program and mental health support through Spring Health, to ensure our team members have access to mental health professionals and resources.
