This past year, our Cooper Standard Atibaia team, in collaboration with APAE de Jarinu, developed a new training center specifically designed for young individuals with severe or moderate intellectual disabilities. This new “Mini Fabrica”, complete with a dedicated clip room, simulates our company's operations, providing a unique learning environment. Our initiative aims to foster an inclusive workplace, empowering these individuals to develop their skills, gain independence and find a true sense of belonging. This project stands as a powerful symbol of hope and setting an example for social inclusion in the Atibaia region. We are incredibly proud of this initiative and the positive impact it will have on the community!
