Dynatrace PowerGirls go Starter Girl Hack[athon]. 🌱 PowerGirls is our free six-month program for students of Gdańsk universities, helping young women build the skills and confidence to kick-start successful careers in tech. This year, the girls from the program also joined the two-day Girl Hack powered by STARTER Gdańsk, where they teamed up to test their teamwork, build prototypes that tackle a real-life challenge and explore how new technologies can help solve it. Big shoutout to the Dynatracers who supported the event: Karolina Linda for joining as a mentor, Kamil Bakierzyński for giving a presentation about AI, and Michal Bojko for evaluating the final projects as a member of the jury. 🚀
Two years in, and our Green Weeks just keep growing. 💚 From Earth Day on April 22 through May 8, Dynatracers came together for 15+ events and volunteering activities. Big thanks to our Green Team for making it happen. They brought us together, in person and remotely, to take real action for the places we share and live in around the world. During the Green Weeks, our offices rolled out reusable lunchboxes, ran countless cleaning events, planted herbs, and took on green challenges. Dynatracers gathered for sustainable lunches and picnics, swapped clothes, brewed kombucha, learned sustainable gift wrapping, and even toured local recycling stations. ♻️
I'm Hamza, Site Reliability Engineer at Dynatrace. Six years in and the company keeps evolving, taking me to new places in my career along the way. As an SRE, I love preventing and mitigating chaos. We keep the product running and bring in the right teams when something breaks. It's technical work, but much of it is about people: helping engineering teams see how their service fits into the bigger picture. I love being on this team, but also part of what makes the work meaningful is its impact. Impact, in this role, is rarely about being in the spotlight: it's about enabling teams so they can do theirs better. And I genuinely get to experience that here. Explore our Engineering roles 👇

Our Dynaspace for Women organized Girls in Tech Days in the US! 👩💻 This March, our Boston and Denver offices opened their doors to middle school and college students for two incredible Girls in Tech Days. Organized by one of our ERGs, Dynaspace for Women, the days featured career talks, job shadowing, and networking. The girls came curious and left fired up! A huge shout-out to every Dynatracer who volunteered their time, shared their experience, and showed what a career in tech can really look like. 🚀
We kicked off Women's History Month with events across our US offices, driven by Dynaspace for Women and the Black Employee Network. 💜 Career coach and founder Tonya Montella led an insightful session on Owning Your Financial Future, complete with interactive worksheets to make the advice actionable. Over 120 Dynatracers joined remotely and at watch parties across our Boston, Denver, and Detroit offices. Shoutout to our Dynaspaces for cultivating a culture of curiosity and sparking meaningful conversations at Dynatrace. 💫
Hi, my name is Zofia. I’m a Sr Software Engineer and Product Owner at Dynatrace. I started my engineering journey studying computer science, where women made up just 10% of the class. One thing I learned early on is that it’s not just representation that matters, but the team culture behind it. During my interview at Dynatrace, I met senior engineers—both men and women—who spoke so openly and enthusiastically about their team and work. Seeing the dynamic between the interviewers and how they interacted made me excited about the role and confident that this would be a place where I could grow. From the very beginning at Dynatrace, I was encouraged to find a mentor, and I’ve had one ever since. Having someone to learn from and challenge me helped me build expertise, take ownership of the features, and grow from a mid-level role into a Senior Engineer and Product Owner. Today, I’m both a mentee and mentor in our Global Mentoring Program, and I’m also involved in the Power Girls initiative for students at Dynatrace. I truly believe that the more you give, the more you gain. I learn so much from my mentees, and many moments in this role make me feel proud of them and hopeful for the future. If there’s one thing I’d love fellow women to take from this post: Go to interviews. Attend meetups. Meet people. Apply, even if you’re not sure you’re a perfect fit. Doubts will always be there. But the growth, confidence, and connections you gain in return are worth it.
Meet Madhuri. She is a Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor at Dynatrace, so we asked her what the typical interview process looks like for Product Managers. 👩💻 ➡️ It usually includes three rounds: an initial virtual chat with Talent Acquisition, an interview with the Hiring Manager, and a task presentation. The exact setup may vary slightly depending on the team. 🔗 Explore our open roles in Product Management: https://bit.ly/4avynJG
Hi, I'm Christopher, and I joined the R&D team at Dynatrace as a Lead Product Engineer in Austria in December. Here's what I noticed as a new one in the room. 👨💻 Dynatrace caught my attention right from the first interview. Everyone I met was engaged and friendly. It was really motivating to see people wanting to do their absolute best. Walking into the Vienna office for the first time was a moment in itself. It's located on the top floors of the ICON Towers, with views that make you briefly forget you're here to work. But the real surprise wasn't the skyline, but the atmosphere! In the office, it feels as though no one has had a bad day in ages, and even if they did, the office's energy quickly turns things around. There are events for people to celebrate wins together. Dynatracers pull you into conversations at the after‑work in-office events before you even learn everyone's name. In my first weeks, thanks to these events, I'd already met a bunch of people I may never work with but still felt connected to. Experiencing this culture convinced me that Dynatrace was the right place for me. I wanted to be part of a team where every person can truly say, "I am proud to work here." 👌 Check out our open roles and join the Dynatrace team ➡️
