When your home office comes with a view! 🏞️ Dynatracer Michael Winkler turned his workation into an adventure, exploring Iceland and the Faroe Islands for a couple of weeks. A DIY enthusiast, he transformed his Defender into a cozy, mobile home. Thanks to our work model and school holidays in Austria, he and his family enjoyed a memorable adventure on four wheels, all while Michael could still do his best at work remotely.
That's a wrap on Pride Month at Dynatrace! 🌈 In June, we celebrated and learned together through a variety of events, both in our offices and virtually around the globe. Organized by our Employee Resource Group Dynaspace for LGBTQ+, the activities included scavenger hunts, educational sessions with drag artists, pride parties, infotainment hours, bingo games, and more! A huge thank you to all the Dynatracers who help us cultivate an inclusive and equitable workplace, not only this month but every single day of the year. 💙

What’s it like? ✌️ Denise Yingqiu Dou, Senior Visual Designer, moved to Austria over three years ago. She’s from China but now works at our Engineering Headquarters in Linz. From dealing with paperwork to finding a home, learning the language, and integrating into the local community—Denise has been through it all as an expat and shares her journey in the video. 👀
Our global team breakfast 🌱 We wrapped up Wellness Month with a special breakfast across all our workspaces! From Sydney to Vienna to Boston and beyond, our offices served up local traditional breakfast delights. But it wasn't just about the croissants, shakshuka, bread & butter, and everything else we love eating for breakfast!
