Wear it purple, bake it purple. 🧁 Dynatracers in Sydney hosted a baking contest dedicated to Wear It Purple Day, an annual LGBTQ+ awareness day in Australia, aiming to foster safe, empowering, and inclusive environments for young people. Members of our LGBTQ+ Dynaspace invited everyone to bake with purpose and support the movement.
Empowered women empower women. 🔄 To keep the circle of empowerment up and running, #Dynatracers recently gathered in our Denver office to mark Women's Equality Day! Jaime Kronick kickstarted the event, sharing insight into how to master challenging workplace discussions. Afterward, the evening continued with networking and invaluable conversations. Special shout-out to Dynaspace for Women members whose dedication drove this event and nurtured these vital conversations. 🚀
Creating memories together. ⚾ More than 80 Dynatracers recently attended a baseball game together at Coors Field Stadium in Denver. It was fantastic bonding time, flavored with some intercultural exchange—for the first time, our international Dynatracers heard and learned the song "Take Me Out to the Ball Game"—an unofficial anthem of North American baseball. Cheers to this team spirit and making memories! 🚀

Celebrating cultures. 🌏 In May, we celebrated Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Dynatracers hosted API lunches, games, cooking sessions, and tea ceremonies globally. Asians and Pacific Islanders represent a diverse population with roots in over 50 countries. This month aims to raise awareness about the challenges these communities face and honor their unique contributions to society worldwide.
Dynatrace Detroit had so much fun hosting Bring Your Kids to Work Day! 64 kids joined us as they learned about tech, met other Dynatracers, enjoyed lunch, and more. We 💜 teaching future generations about the #DynatraceLife! Looking forward to more events like this all around our R&D galaxy. 🚀
