Our CodeMosaic event recently united employees from our Product and Engineering organizations for a week-long blitz of creativity and collaboration! Throughout the event, teams connected (some meeting for the first time) to embark on coding projects during the fun-filled week. But the excitement didn't stop there! We deep dived into the world of MLOPs and it was nothing but exhilarating! Our Mexico City event featured thought-leaders from Google, Trully, and of course, Etsy who explored use cases and shared best practices for ML Enablement! Attendees engaged in discussions including the impact of PaLMs and LLMs in the realm of artificial intelligence, while also tapping into the benefits of collaboration between ML Enablement, Product, and Data Science teams. And there was plenty of networking to amplify the excitement! With support from loved ones, she left her corporate job behind and grew her online business, A Jar of Pickles, from a garage-based side business to something even bigger. She now even leads a small team that handles everything from shipping to contributing ideas on her latest projects. If you’re a remote employee, you get it. WFH has major benefits, but human connection still helps to foster a collaborative work environment. That's why we continue to host in-person meet ups for our geographically dispersed employees. This time around we organized meet-ups in the vibrant cities of Boston, Denver, and San Francisco! 🧡 In Boston, we organized a fun-filled get together where we enjoyed a night of playing ping pong, indulging in delicious food, and sipping on refreshing drinks. 🎨 In Denver, we had the unique opportunity to engage and craft colorful LED light-up frames with a talented Etsy seller based in the city. 🎳 In San Francisco, we gathered for a day of co-working followed by a fun-filled bowling session. These meet-ups are just one of the many initiatives we have implemented to cultivate a strong sense of belonging. Cheers to the folks who dedicate the time to come together, and to the Workplace Team who make these gatherings possible.
