One of our core values at European Wax Center is caring about each other, which extends to our guests, associates, and the community at large. Our thoughts are with all those affected by the devastating floods in the Texas Hill Country last weekend. We are heartbroken by the loss of lives and the damage to homes and businesses. In addition to extending our compassion to those affected, we’ve committed to donating to help provide support and resources. Together, we can help rebuild and restore hope for all those affected.
As part of our commitment to professional growth, we recently hosted two in-person MindGym learning sessions that fostered shared learning and development. In the Impressing Groups session, we explored strategies for crafting impactful presentations and navigating conversations with clear intent, culminating in peer presentations that put our skills to the test. In the Influence + Persuade session, we learned nine effective influencing tactics and collaborated with peers to build real-world influence strategies. Both sessions were highly engaging and provided tangible tools we can begin applying in our roles right away.
In the spirit of our value “We Care About Each Other,” our team partnered with WeHero to pack 132 inspiration kits and donate $2,500 to The Bridge: Homeless Recovery Center in Dallas, providing meaningful support and encouragement to help individuals find hope and start rebuilding their lives.
