Join us in congratulating Jessica Peisochenski on her promotion to Franchise Business Consultant! 🎉 Jessica joined the Corporate team in 2022 as a Field Trainer, having previously worked as a Wax Specialist and Peer Trainer in a franchised location for several years. In 2024, she was promoted to Senior Field Trainer, where she served as an informal leader of the field training team and drove network-wide KPIs through her participation in several key initiatives. We’re excited to see her continue to grow and make an impact in this new role!
Our recent Town Hall was a meaningful time for us to come together as one team. We reviewed the state of the business, gained insights into financial performance, and heard valuable brand updates. We also took time to celebrate each other. We welcomed new associates, recognized milestone anniversaries and well-earned promotions, and proudly introduced our first Associate of the Quarter! And of course, it wouldn’t be a true EWC team gathering without great food, engaging conversations, and the opportunity to give back through a volunteer event in support of our community.
In support of our core value – We Care About Each Other – we recently hosted a Wellness Week! Last week, associates participated in a variety of activities designed to support their overall well-being. We offered both in-person and virtual opportunities, including a health fair where associates could ask questions about their benefits to support the benefit selection process during our annual open enrollment. To help relieve stress, we also offered massage sessions — always a favorite! And during a meaningful Lunch & Learn hosted by Wishing Well Works, participants explored the importance of prioritizing personal well-being. The session highlighted how our physical, emotional, and intellectual wellness are all deeply interconnected and essential to our overall health. Wellness Week is just one of the many ways we show our commitment to caring for each other — because when we take care of ourselves, we’re better able to support one another.
European Wax Center is proud to partner with the Professional Beauty Association (PBA) to provide impactful education to students and members, empowering the next generation of beauty industry professionals. As part of this commitment, Jamie Conner, EWC’s Senior Field Trainer, recently participated in the PBA Beacon Program during Premiere Orlando—a sold out event! Jamie delivered an engaging presentation on the importance of delivering a strong guest experience, shared insights alongside fellow industry veterans during a featured panel discussion and offered guidance through mentorship roundtables. EWC is honored to support the Beacon Program and excited to invest in the next generation of beauty professionals. During our time there, we helped support over 200 people by sorting and quality-checking clothing donations to ensure recipients received items in excellent condition.
