This week, our Senior Field Trainer, Jamie Conner, hosted an educational session for the @Pro Beauty Association, Beacon Pop Up at Premiere Columbus. Over the past 13 years, Jamie has built her career as a waxing professional and trainer. In 2011, Jamie joined European Wax Center’s Franchise group and held the roles of Wax Specialist, Wax Trainer, and Regional Trainer. She then joined EWC’s Corporate team in 2019 as a Field Training Specialist and was promoted to her current role as Senior Field Trainer. Jamie is a perfect example of how waxing professionals can develop their careers and she is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential by delivering impactful training programs. During her session at Premiere Columbus, she focused on helping attendees see how they can reach their professional goals. They explored ways to increase their productivity by effective goal setting and aligning tactics to drive sales performance, and also explored how soft skills impact the retention of their guests!
